We love this gelateria, whenever we are in Weil this is our stop. No matter if summer or winter. Top location, with enough parking spaces nearby. Top price / performance level. The gelato tastes simply excellent.

Unfriendly and not competent. We do not respond to requests. Because you don't have time for that. In the event of a complaint, on the contrary, countered with I would have taken too long to order, he would have been at our table for 2 minutes ...

At the weekend you can't choose the type of ice cream from the sundae. I ordered a melon cup and according to the EISKARTE it should be vanilla ice cream with mellon ice cream, but I only had melon ice cream which didn't taste good either, so I left my ice cream at half. We were 4 people and everyone left their ice cream and cocktail at halfway.

The ice cream is really very good and the price is right. What is annoying is an apparently incompetent staff, which had to be asked by the boss to serve. On another visit we were completely ignored and got up after 10 minutes without doing anything. Guests came to the next table who weren't even seated when the waiter came to them, he let us out again. Such behavior is simply intolerant!

Unfriendly staff, the waiter brought us the order after waiting 20 minutes, I just wanted to order something so he just ignored us. Not recommended!

TL;DR A solid ice parlour. The ice is okay, but not outstanding, and they offer a good variety of options. The service is prompt but all waiters are strong Introverts and never look one in the eye but keep their eyes glued to their Tablets at all times. The one let down to me is the espresso which I found to be far to acidic and I would recommend they bribe the staff over at Ristorante Casanova to tell them what beans they use and what their brewing secrets are. :)

Too bad we were looking forward to eating ice cream with so many star ratings. But the ice was the worst for us here in the region. In addition there was too loud music so that the waiter could hardly be understood, in addition you got a badly cleaned table and the ice cream was well. My icebreaker Tartufo was watery. The only thing that went was the decoration and the cream with chocolate. So 1 * for the ice and 1 * for the cleanliness of the locations.

Ice cream was delicious, service rather leisurely and in corona times card payment is only from € 20. Second attempt within 2 years, the next time I go down the main street again.

Unpleasant staff who clearly do not want to welcome you. We left on Friday evening for an ice cream and they didn't want to serve us. The next Saturday we went back a little earlier than the day before (23:00) and the same. Everything they wanted they said no on no. And I don't even talk about other times with the ordering problems, the bad looks, the laughs on the French clearly lol, forcing us to eat quickly because close and so on. Too bad because they have a lot of choice ... go your way.

Beautiful cafe. Very nice staff, a very good coffee. Also sweet and savory dishes. Divided into smoking area and non-smoking area, separated by a sliding door, especially in winter as a smoker very pleasant. Very worthwhile.

Great fresh product friendly service

Nice location.

Quite disappointed. We were looking for a traditional german Eiscafé. Service is medium (no surprise) but the choice was not as extended as we expected. I didn’t find Eiskaffe on the menu and ice cream had a very standard, even poor taste with no original flavors. But worth to mention the nice cups for kids (Pinocchio and Maya the bee).

Nice ice-cream parlor with a lot of choices. Prices are OK. The tasty is fine but not extraordinary. Seating place outside in the sun makes the experience charming. The location is slightly off from tram No. 8.
